Terms & conditions

  • The duration of this promotion is valid during the ESHRE 2019 congress in Vienna and starts on Sunday 23rd June 2019 and lasts until Wednesday 26th June 2019. Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
  • Participants must be registered as delegates at ESHRE 2019.
  • Every unique participant can only be registered once.
  • The code should be correct in order to have a chance to win a prize.
  • The winners will be announced on Thursday 27th June 2019.
  • The winners will receive notification of the prize won by telephone or e-mail at the telephone number or e-mail address, provided by the participant.
  • The winners are selected randomly and no correspondence will be entered into in the respect of the results.
  • The prize is personal, non-transferable, redeemable or cashable.
  • The winners’ names will be announced on the Gynétics website and social media channels.
  • The participant gives permission for the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the competition. Gynétics Medical Products keeps the right to record the personal data in its database and will treat these data confidentially.
  • The personal data provided will be used to implement the competition and the presentation of the prizes. Within that framework, Gynétics Medical Products is entitled to provide personal data to third parties who are involved in the relevant contest.
  • Gynétics Medical Products cannot be held liable for the use of the prizes by the winners.
  • Gynétics Medical Products is in no way liable for any damage resulting from the participation in the competition nor for any technical malfunctions, defects or delays with regard to participation in the contest or the designation of the winners.
  • Gynétics Medical Products is entitled to disqualify participants and/or exclude participation if it is of the opinion that the participants do not comply with the prize contest conditions or if the participants otherwise access fraudulent access to the contest/ the course of the contest/contest unfairly influence.
  • The scientific badge provides entrance (both the exhibition area and scientific sessions) to the Eshre 36thannual meeting in Copenhagen, Denmark, organised from 5th to 8th July 2020.
  • In case the participant requests more information about Gynétics’ products, Gynétics reserves the right to share personal details with authorized Gynétics’ sales partners in order to meet the request.
  • Entry to the promotion is free and a purchase is not necessary.
